Last update two months ago....oops? So I've played a lot of AC:Odyssey in the last couple of months. I started three weeks of Holidays a fortnight ago. I've started watching two new streaming services to my media.
So the primary reason for holidays was the CoNZealand (World Scifi Convention). I'd made all of the arrangements to visit Wellington, for eight days, for it in early January, then Covid-19 started spoiling everyones travel plans. ConZealand went virtual, so my choice was to spend the entire convention in Wellington watching it via a hotels interwebz or cancel the trip and attend at home. I decided to modify the trip by going to Wellington for four days instead, only to find out I'd fully paid and it was non-refundable. Fortunately they were happy to give me eight days credit, so I spent four nights there, wandering the city, last week. Where the convention was concerned I tried to attend but I couldn't still at home and take part in it so I was there for the opening and closing ceremonies but couldn't handle being in anything else.
On the first day in Wellington, I walked up to the Botanical Gardens then explored the harbour and Wellington Museum. The next day I wandered up and down multiple streets to see what was around. On the last day I went and explored the NZ National Museum, then I flew back early the next day.
I started watching "Prime", which I've had but not used and added another that gives me several shows that neither Netflix or Prime do. I caught up with "Good Omens", "Picard", "The Boys", "Warrior Nun", "Umbrella Academy 2nd Season", "Upload", "The expanse 4th season" and will be watching "Watchmen", "His Dark Materials" and "City of Angels".
