So it's been an interesting week. The things I should have done at the start of the week; Find a new personal GP, Obtain a IRD number. On Tuesday night a storm with Hurricane Level two winds struck and left my aunts residence without power for close to a day. The power outage put me in the position of being without an easy way of keeping myself occupied, fortunately I had gotten a an unlimited data account with the mobile company so I got Netflix. I met up with some of the people from my new workplace on Thursday to get a better idea of what I'll be trying to achieve. It will take more work than I was expecting to transfer my bank accounts to NZ from Australia :(. Similar issue for the GP since the Doctor/Practice business philosophy is different. When I applied for the IRD number it was half an hour after the department had shut down the servers for a 3 day update :(. Fun Times :).
