I can never seem to keep, in my head, the button to push to comment on this post :). I usually end up hitting a couple of the links first.
I have feel a need to express concern over the current state of politics in the world. I've always had a certain interest in it even though I'm neither Conservative nor Liberal-Progressive. On top of that I'm the only member of my family living in this city, and many of my friends have moved interstate. It limits my options if Australia joins an actual large-scale war, like the one I fear is coming. Essentiallly my only physical support network is through tabletop gaming friends and my work colleagues, which I do not regard as being a valid support. This has left me watching the world "stage" more carefully and planning to shift geophysical locale.
