It's been one of those weeks. On Wednesday, I spent an hour recovering from 3PM onwards from a dizzy spell. It was a nasty thing my eyes were reacting to it, it's what they mean when they say "vision is swimming". You can't walk, you can barely crawl and it takes a while after being able to stagger to be able to drive. It may...

When you get a days notice that a manager is going on holidays and wants 25 hours of work done in two working days (it got done in three working days with 4 hours on the weekend)
Booked my flights to and from New Zealand. I briefly considered not paying for "Premium Economy" seats as it adds 40% to the price however Economy is frustrating and I have to worry about DVT. Now I have to convince relatives to put me up for a month. The reason for going isn't sightseeing, it's about reconnecting with all of my cousins and extended family.
Cherries! I find it so amusing when I introduce people to real cherries, when they'd only been exposed to Glacé Cherries before. I, personally love the sweet, tart taste of a good ripe cherry. It usually ends up costing me $20 or $30 though because I buy a large mass of them ;)....
I watched video of Jeremy Corbyn in Parliament for the Queens Speech. I spent more time looking at the people in the background and being somewhat surprised. They pack the politicians in there like sardines. There were even people (possibly members of parliament) sitting on the stairs down to the floor.
I managed to achieve the reason for the holiday last night. Without the overwork issues prior to the holiday I started doing the morning exercise again. Hopefully the workload won't turn out to be so be annoyingly high when I get to work as it was the week prior to the holiday.
Sometimes a holiday can turn int0 more work than not. Tuesday, Wednesday and part of today I spent sorting various gear into plastic containers then moving furniture. I bought heavy duty shelving, put it together and stacked the plastic containers of sorted items on to it. As a result I now walk like a Cyberman from Doctor Who :). The end result though is that...

This holiday was booked to play the new Morrowind Expansion of ESO but, because they did "early access" I got to start playing a...

Work frustrating, reading extensive, gaming not interesting atm, out of Live Media, Out of Anime episodes to watch again. *sigh*. All of it together (sans work) just takes up half my spare time, I wonder if I should find something else to do. I need more "politics" to rage over ;)
I can never seem to keep, in my head, the button to push to comment on this post :). I usually end up hitting a couple of the links first.
I have feel a need to express concern over the current state of politics in the world. I've always had a certain interest in it even though I'm neither Conservative nor Liberal-Progressive. On top of...

So I noticed that I somehow picked up more followers. That's unexpected. I realise that I only post here when I notice exclamation marks - and I know that I notice those exclamations very rarely. That started the cascade of thinking, a) if I was to post regularly, what would I post about. 2) I can't post about "politics", it's a very wide field, of...
