Well... I'm still alive. I guess that's a start after last time. The highs and lows, or maybe the lows and lowers, of depression are fun.
Do I have anything new to report? Not really. The nephews and nieces are back in school (in person instead of online). This means I get a lot of requests for help with homework again. I'm an English major, I'm not supposed to have to do so much math!
I hate that I depend so much on people for my emotional well being. I've mentioned before that I'm on the penpals reddit. I've got done people there that I talk to fairly regularly. But, sometimes there's a big lull in conversation. Life happens, you know? And friends can't talk because they're busy. The trouble is, for someone like me, those periods of time are miserable, because I don't have a lot of people to talk to.
I really need to figure out how to deal with the loneliness someday. But, oh well.
So, this awesome bit of memorabilia finally showed up. A 'ticket' from the virtual Within Temptation show I saw last month, signed by the singer. Naturally, I had to frame it and put it up.
A couple days ago, Pilz-e was acting extra cute so I took a couple pictures. He looked so cute in this one, I just had to share it. I was trying to sleep, so I look terrible...
By the way, anyone out there playing Aliens: Fireteam Elite? I could use a PlayStation co-op partner. It's fun, but the AI is pretty stupid.
