That's right ladies and gentlemen (like any guys actually read this)! It's that time again! I'm trying to get some writing done, so naturally, I'm doing anything I can to put it off. Having reddit on the same computer I write on is a terrible idea...

Although on the subject of reddit, I kind of need to get back on there and respond to some of my penpals. In the last year I decided that I wanted some kind of human contact, so I started participating in the penpals subreddit. I got a surprising amount of responses, a few of whom have lasted. But naturally, I've been putting that off too.

I need to write that stuff, and I need to try to focus on the story I'm trying to write. So, of course I'm browsing here instead. And who could blame me? What better way to pass the time, right?

I know. I need to get back to it. And I will. I think. It's just one of those moments. It feels like there might be an actual story here, and that makes me quite nervous. I think anyone who does anything creative is likely to understand. I want to get it out there, but it's just... scary, I guess.

New start, new story. Hopefully improved writing, who knows?

Back to the procrastination!

My new apron came in earlier this week. I saw it online and couldn't resist. I mean, it just seems appropriate for the group I cook for.

They are all weirdos, after all. Sorry, I'm not good at pictures.

And using my new apron, I finally got to try out the pasta roller I got last Christmas. It was a lot easier to use than I thought it would be, and the noodles came out pretty good.

Alright, fine... I'll get back to work...
