I desperately need a new bed. About a week or two ago I managed to really hurt my back just laying down for a little while. Bad enough that I've been walking around with a cane. It's gotten a lot better, but still hurts much more than it should. And I still have to use the stupid cane. But this experience did give a good example of why I love my best friend. I told him I hurt my back and he came over with an icy hot patch and some candy. Silver linings right?

it was my problem for any time before and i recently change my bed and buy good quality i will be ok for 10year ! and my back feel better !

@devilins That's awesome. Sadly I won't be able to afford a new bed for awhile, so I'm stuck with the pain a bit longer.
