Well look who's posted again. If some of the spacing seems off, blame my space bar, it's been acting weird lately.
It seems that I'm just a tad overdue for another post.
Well, where to begin. Not like it matters, it's been the usual for me.
The bank has been screwing me big time. Well, maybe not the bank, but somebody is. My account with them has been beyond screwed up. I was talking to a buddy of mine who manages one of the branches for my bank, and he thinks that my card might have been hacked online, and that's why there's bogus charges.
So, I call up the number that the bank gave me for the collection company for these online sites that the charges were for, and they tell me that they can't give me any information.
What the fuck is that!?! It's my damn money, and they're telling me that they can't do anything about it? It's utter bullshit if ya ask me. It's nice to know that my weekly paychecks are helping somebodies porn addiction. www.tripleXXXmidgets.com? Who the hell looks at that shit?
On another note, I had inventory at the store the other day. God what a nightmare that was. It wasn't as bad as the one last year, but it was rough none the less.
I had a hot date last night. Well, not hot...actually, kinda dull. I've been living in this god forsaken town for 21 of my23 years of life, and there's still nothing to do but drink. Mind you, she was only 20, and couldn't drink anywhere, which made things really awkward. Oh well. Back to my bland life.
I ran into my buddy Bob from The Prize Fight. He gave me a demo for a new song their working on called "Apology". Hot, HOT stuff. I can't wait to hear it when it's done. I just have a raw acoustic version, and I've listened to it 40 times already.
While speaking to Bob, I realized that I have a slew of songs that I need to lay down (record). Hopefully I can managed to get in some studio time before they head back out on tour. I've been itchin to get some stuff put to disk. It's been a long time, and I've got some killer tunes written. The working title for the album that I'm working on is Through The Keyhole" by Looking Through Alice. I've got one song recorded already called "Periled Eyes". It's this sappy thing that I had written for some chick that I was obsessed with a while back. Never again will I write a song for a girl unless it's worth it. Appearently, at the time, I thought she was. Once again, I guessed wrong.
Well, that about sums up my piddling update. If anything major happens, I'll be sure to post it.
And dammit, I should really look into hanging out with some of the people on my buddy list. I need a new life.
