Well, I'm back, with my weekly update (or not so weekly...I dunno).
This week, I started writing my Wolfman's Howl article on a little site called X-Net. It's mainly for sports buffs and wrestling fans. Things like that. It's something to do in my off time.
I didn't get the promotion at work. My buddy Chris ended up getting the job. I was a little pissed about it, but my horoscope said that I'd be passed up for a promotion, and that it would pay off in the long run.
For you e-bayers out there, Franklin Mint (the place with all that expencive shit) is closing it's doors on the 31st (January). The last day they're open, everything they have is best offer. My ex bought a $9000.00 fabragae (sp?) egg for a whopping $1.50. Well, needless to say, I'm getting my grubby little hands in on some of that action.
Speaking of the ex, we've been hanging out a lot lately. My older sis seems to think that we're getting back together and that she's going to have the sister in law that she's always wanted. Me? I dunno. She cheated on me, and that's something, at least in my mind, I can't forgive. I guess things happen for a reason, and if it was truely meant to be, than it will happen. Time will tell.
It snowed today. No much, but enough to make life a pain in the ass. I was late for work by a half hour because my dumb ass left my wallet at home. There are some things that you CAN'T live without.
Justin (yeah, the former asst. mgr) got arrested in Jersey for drunk driving. It's his first offense. He's worried that he's gonna go to jail. I don't think that it's going to be that bad. He'll most likely get probation, and maybe have his license revoked for a few months. His hearing's on the 26th, so we'll have to wait and see.
I finally got my DVD's from Columbia House. I paid $29 for 7 DVD's. Not bad at all. Road To Perdition, Knockaround Guys, American Beauty, They, Stargate, Leon, and Fight Club. Not a bad batch. Knockaround Guys kicked ass, as did Road To Perdition. Haven't watched They yet. I'll probably watch Leon tonight, since I have nothing better to do with myself after a long day of work, followed by a stop at Friday's.
