Hey I think I got my fueling issues fixed now...
today I did a 70/14 brick and I feel great after and durning it I did not feel like I was in some death march like my last brick of 60/12...
I think I was over eating...I was intaking a gel every 5 miles...but my last 2 long bikes I have switched to 1 every 10 miles and I feel much better...
after todays brick I feel much better about the race... after that 60/12 brick I was a little worried about the race...
now I start my taper...

Inside out Reese's seem really creepy to me. I've never understood why people need to mess up a good thing when they already have it just right. Reese's are perfect the way they are.
