Just watched Spanglish. I never use to cry so easily. WTF?

I am actually debating going out for a smoke. It has been over eleven days since I rolled one. A creature of habit.

So, work is kinda of interesting at the moment. I bailed on them back in the second week of May, then came back for three shifts in June, and then an hour before my first shift at a new store I told them I could not "handle it."
And still they did not fire me! I guess being around ten years gives you some leeway.
So, I started at a different store last week. They are desperate for staff. The manager is on stress leave, and a few weeks ago three staff quit on the same day. They have two full-time staff, and one part-timer. Everyone else is borrowed from other stores.
When I said I would come back full-time, my only stipulation was that I get Sundays off. So of course, I end up scheduled for the first two Sundays I am back. Is this a test of my mettle?
la whatever...
whatever

I am debating getting a piercing.
Tragus or septum?

And am also trying to decide what race to do next year.
New Zealand or St. Croix?
catiedid:
you do triatholons??!! WOW impressive!!!

it rained at the fireworks last night, not really hard, just enough to slowly soak through clothes and chill the skin. it was fun anyway!

did you decide what you are gonna get pierced?

He, he. If I had any credit, that might be an option.

Triatholons look seriously gruelling. That IS pretty impressive;and admirable.

I have my tragus pierced. I wanted to do both, but decided against it cause it took really long to heal and I've never really been comfortable sleeping on that side ever since. Don't know if that would factor into your decision or not. smile
