So as I am pulling into my driveway tonight I am greeted with the sight of someone trying to abscond with my garden hose. WTF?

The kid dropped the hose and booked while I just sat there in my car with a perplexed look on my face. I just noticed yesterday the hose was cracking, and was thinking of buying a new one in the spring.

I am concerned though. My renters in the basement just moved in, and lowlifes are already casing the place. I may have fucked up.
