I'm back...
How confusing--I forgot my alias and username were different, but I did discover that if you buy yourself a gift account you can use a credit card for the year purchase.
Just back into town today. I was in BC for a week. Vacationing by yourself sucks. Need to find a navigator.
I did sign up for IM Canada for next year. It is amazing, that no matter how lazy and unproductive you have been in the past, the potential for excellence is still there. The goal is under 10 hours. Under 12 is more realistic, but you gotta set the bar high.
I am consider moving out to Hinton next summer--closer to the mountains, excellent roads for hill training, good trails for mountain biking, and a established triathlon club. Now I just need to decide what to do with the house in the city--sell or rent?
At the moment I am drinking beer and listening to Whigfield (saw one of her videos on One Hit Wonders, which reminded me I actually had one of her CDs). My options are to clean house or head out and see a movie. Flip a coin?

in the meantime, drop me an email if you're interested. you can keep me abreast of how training is going. (kellee21@hotmail.com)
yea taper starts in about 3 weeks...I have one more long bike(100miles)...one long run(20miles)...and one long BRick(70/14mile) left until the big race...
I'm more or less sure that I'm ready...even once I get tired on my long workouts, I just keep going...which hopefully means I ready mentally which I think is the bigger issue...even if I'm a little off physically, my mind will pull my dying body to the finish...
I think the biggest thing that beat me down on my BRick was the heat...it seems to be the biggest factor in my workouts...if it is hot, I'm sucking....the race should be under cooler weather...
yea I go to one SG event and then the next thing you know I have like 6 or so friend requests...
