I thought it was a 2 hour telecast. Regardless, it is always better live. I would have watched on the ironmanlive website, but my apple does not play version 9 of Windows Media Player. mad . Had to content myself with race updates.

My legs were actually a little sore and stiff after that run on Friday. shocked Not enough stretching (and a month of not running at all).

Well, I finally went for a run. Felt good. Went out to Cooking Lake-Blackfoot Provincial Recreation Area. I saw one moose, who knows whatelse saw me.
There is an ultra race out there that I am pondering doing next year. Probably the 50K.

The current plan is to do the great Floridian in Oct 2004. It is right around Kona so it is normally easy to get into.

We have the JFK 50 miler right here in Hagerstown, which will be my stepping stone to a 100miler whenever I get stupid enough to think that I can realistically do one.

Kill Bill is already on my to do list on my next day off... Tue.

Well Friday was a day off...
