I take naps so I can plan out what I'm going to do...and it turns out that what I do when I nap is reduce my list to "what really has to get done today"...if I am out of milk then buy milk makes the list, that pile of workout clothes that has been laying on the floor since I took them off after that run 3 days ago can stay there a little longer.
I have this book "I run, therefore I am--nuts" by Bob Schwartz it is funny as hell and I relate to it immensely. It is worth a read...

I am gonna drive to work...-35C is borderline, but add on another -12C for windchill and lethargy enfolds. If I knew the bike paths were clear of snow I might have some resolve. Yesterday I had to stick to the roads, in rush hour's full swing. Did I mention that the suburbs suck! No straight roads, and only one path to your destination.

I went to the pool tonight and did 1750yards in 34:55...I have getting off late to thank...I was pissed and channeled some of that energy into my swim.
