@littlejohn22 I fried one slice of thick cut bacon first, then grilled the sandwich in the leftover grease.  It was amazingly good and crunchy.

For your next culinary experiment: the peanut butter, Mayonnaise & Tabasco Sauce [ go big or go home ] sandwich ( orange marmalade optional ).
