So I had an early appointment today. As I was getting an echo test(heart), I started thinking about what I would have for a late breakfast, seeing how I hadn't eaten yet. My mouth watered as I envisioned a favorite from my days of a cafe worker at college. Corned beef hash with sausage gravy poured on top of it. that was it. I drooled. A lot. I could taste it. Finally at an end of my testing, I drove off to hit the restaurant. It's a homey little place, cozy, with good food. Also, it is closed on mondays. It felt like I caught Santa Claus eating the Easter bunny and dipping his parts in a glaze of melted Frosty the Snowman. Monday is the dark side of the force.
