I couldn't pick one and don't remember some of their names now, anyway. My dad loved his spaghetti westerns and I enjoyed them growing up.

I think the Clyde movies are definitely top, but I love so many. A Perfect World with Costner. Space Cowboys. The Unforgiven. The Good, The Bad & The Ugly is definitely top 5. Where Eagles Dare & The Outlaw Josey Wales are other favourites.
