So I haven't written a blog in quite a while (I am not good about that). I am getting back into my diet/workout routine again soon. I lost 53 pounds last year but then gained a good chunk of it back. I am hoping blogging about it will keep me motivated so I can lose the weight I want again. I am also keeping a weekly photo record (One nude version and one "clean version") of my weight loss. I hope to post the pics sometime in May of my dramatic results. I am going on a Nutritarian diet and combining it with P90X, so hopefully I look damn good this summer. Looks aside, the main goal is for me to get off my blood pressure medication. I am way to young for that. Last year I got it cut in half, but I am afraid with the weight I gained I am headed in the wrong direction. My goal is to be off the meds completely by the end of the year. If anyone is reading this I hope you will help keep me honest and on track. I found the weight loss group particularly helpful, as well as the health and fitness group, so I will try and be more active in there. Here is to a new me this year!
