Ok this weekend and week should be an interesting thing -- I am attempting to figure out the duration of my REM cycle..... so that I can get 2 cycles a night which I am guessing is around 6 hours.

So the unfortunate experimental side effect is probably going to be some sleep dep.

*whew* Ok... I watched Boston's fireworks from a canoe on the charles river - that was the BEST !!

Yesterday was spent in a pool -- oh thank the powers that be for such a nifty invention! Water captured in a big container!

Sunday night I modelled for a local jewlery designer at a club in town and got smashed on martini's of the fruit-variety whilst getting to know another model....
