Beecher... long story. I had a really creepy guy trying to guess exactly where i worked and said he'd try to come down and visit me where i work... I emailed someone at suicide girls though. Its such a small town that if i say i work at the video store then you can go to the ONLY video store and there i'd be. creeps. -jill

I've been on a big HST kick lately, myself. Read "Kingdom of Fear," now almost done with "Fear and Loathing in America," and have Songs of the Doomed and Hell's Angel's waiting in line. Need to pick up Rum Diaries ... you hear they're finally making a movie out of it?

Alright.

RYN: I do not think only white people can be racist. Everyone can be racist... in fact, I partially believe that everyone is racist to a certain extent. Anyway, the reason I asked those questions is just to see what people had to say... they were kind of the start of a long discussion I had w/ my roommate about race and racism... which was based on my first comment on how I hate how my school is so diverse, yet segregated (i said this as i glanced around the caf and saw the "black" table and the "indian" table etc.) So, anyway, her and I are thinking about holding monthly discussions about race and asking these sort of questions. *I* am not saying that only white people can be racist, but I am posing the question for those who do think that... to get them to realize they just might be wrong. Does this make any sense? Hope I didn't offend you. smile
