So i get home from work and go to use the phone and the fuck'n phone company shut my phone off insted of the people next door.so i go next door use there phone which is suppose to be off to try and get mine turned back on.well i'm on hold for 32 min.pissed off and all the lady can say is well i'll wave the 27.00 reconnect fee.i said gee thanks since it's not my fault anyway,she said well your bill is late i said when is it due she goes July 17.....i said so now you shut people off 17 days before the bill is due.she goes well it's the 30th,i said of fuck'n June!!!!!needless to say the phone was on by the time i walked back home.have a nice day. 
I had a problem with my water boiler yestrday and I phoned up the the repair people and the girl that took the call told me that she will have someone call me back straight away with a time of when some one will be sent out to fix it. So I called again after 2 hours and I got told the same thing. and again after 3 hours and again aftre 1.5 hours. Until finally someone did call me back after 8 hours to say that they cant send someone till tommorrow aftrenoon. Argh why cant people just do their jobs.
