My parents came up for a week long visit, so I haven't been on much.
A couple photos from the last week..
we went to the Aquarium of the Pacific (my 5 year old daughter's idea, and her new favorite place)
Went to the champagne brunch on the Queen Mary, where I stuffed my face with pastries and crepes and omelets and drowned my sorrows in bottomless mimosas.
Fun times, but like every time my parents visit, somehow everyone got sick. At least it wasn't the stomach flu like last time, but still. Also, we were going to go to drag queen bingo in WeHo, but it was cancelled. Stupid superbowl. Went to the LA Farmer's Market, and took a trip down to OC for a birthday dinner. So it was all fun.

That does sound (and look) like fun! And if everyone getting sick is a family tradition, I suppose it would have been bad luck to break that ;-) Cool picture of the ray, I love them best of all sea creatures...except perhaps for the manatee. Thanks for sharing!
