Keep in mind that, with the way the group is now, getting in there is pretty much a popularity contest. It's got a vouch process and at least 5 people need to vouch that you A) go into chat a lot, B) aren't there just to fuck, C) are fun, and or D) go to a lot of group events
The group exists to serve as a sort of regional group with the one difference of everyone being chat regulars instead of living within a certain area. So, of course, the group needs the admission security that a regional group would, but more because sometimes people will want to go to an event and has never met anyone in the group yet.
