tonight i have to make a choice... money or sanity. i need to work but i don't want to lose my mind making it.
managemanet has decided that it was taking too long to fix a machine we use to remove bad corrugated board. now, with that machine disabled we have to shut down a pull the material from the machine by hand for every order change ( we do 15-20 orders a night ). shutting down the machine causes more bad board to be created which we have to pray will make it through the machine. if it doesn't we have to shut down ( making more bad board ..) to clear the jam out of the machinery. it's a catch-22. so tonight i'll ponder my choices.
riding home from work tonight i was listening to an old favoriteCD of mine " blood sugar sex magick " by the chili peppers. lightening and rain started as i headed home and so did the song "naked in the rain"
ah well ......

BUT I like Red Hot Chilli Peppers a lot
They are one of those bands that I sometimes forget I like, you know? I take them for granted, but then when I listen to them I'm blown away again.
