today i hit the 40 pounds lost mark

i think the extra actvity of cycling is really going to help on those last few pounds.


hopefully management will get my pay straightened out so i'm not missing one weeks pay. those managment bastards!

now i have to work overtime to make up for the money i lost for the hospital stay , which, by the way i got an estimate today of my out of pocket expense: $1,000. damn, it was almost 5 grand for an overnight stay in the ICU. those medical bastards!

i guess i'm glad for having even crappy ( read: many lawsuits against the insurance company ) insurance now.
