just back form the liz phair show

now that was a concert. NoPantsDave and i had a bite to eat before the show so we missed most of the first act. judging from the one song we did catch it was no great loss. then there was the second band: wheat. the rye bread on my reuben was better than that band ( oh! the black rose pub has the best reuben ever! ) i was fondly remembering that sandwich as i listen to the band. i noticed that all the members looked like someone famous. here is the line up.

but liz made up for the crappy opening bands. good god is she sexy! she seemed genuinely overwhelmed by the love the crowd showed for her. i hope she plays this area again soon :-)
