ow.....
it's been too long since i have ridden a bike. good thing i wasn't planning on going far.
i walked/biked/weightlifted today. next sunday i'll cut out the biking as it kills any other leg work for the day.
the eating/exercise routine i' have worked out is going good. slowly losing body fat and slowly gaining muscle mass.
i'm almost back to the pants size i was at before weight gain in my late 20's
now that things have settled down from my incarceration in the gulag known as a hospital i have been able to reflect on the effects that week had on me: it changed my life. i get up earlier, i have more energy. i was a bit depressed afterwards but that has disappeared. now i'm looking forward to just living.
it took me 2 weeks to adjust the the changes in my physical and emotional life but now i'm in the best shape i have ever been in and i feel at peace with everything. sappy i know but it's the only way i can describe it.
going to go grab a nap before i go see secret window at the theater. i haven't been to a movie in months. i must admit johnny depp is one of the few actors that i like that women go crazy over. the other one is george clooney.
ok now i'm babbling off to nap i go.

Yo...I got directions off of maquest....I'm planning on being at the bookstore at 4:30ish, but I want to actually spend some time looking around the place since I didn't get to last time. So, I'm thinking of leaving there right about 5ish, so if you're a little late, no big deal...I'll be wandering through the stacks.
