Akiko-chan is her (the car's) name.
Yes, my car has a name.

A friend of mine named hers "Smurfette".
(She got the royal blue insight.)

Sticker Campaign - late might ramblings

So I'm on a roll. Board on a Saturday night, hitting all the grocery stores with in a nine-mile radius of my home. 5 of them are safeways. As much as I try to keep "Earth Wind and Fire" in my head, bustn' the jams, I start to realize I'm in safeway. I feel sterilized and start to wonder...

I'm confused. I think I prefer my state of ignorance anyway, as male gentalia has never really been my specialty. I read the damn thing twice, anyway.

I worked with a guy in Oklahoma with CP for years. He was 29 at the time with a mental age of 8 or so. But he didn't seem to really know what he was missing. He just loved life. I almost envied him sometimes.

But ya, that is sad that doctors couldn't have had their shit together.

Touching someone's life in a positive way can only have good results. I remember once when I was about 5 years old I was in kindergarden class. I was working on some kind of crafts project and there was a guest teacher that day helping out the regular teacher. I don't remember much about him, they way he looked or his name. But I remember showing him my project, just wanting recognition or perhaps acknowledgement as being worthy or important on some level. He smiled at me and gave me the 'O.K' symbol with his hand. For some reason that meant the world to me. I felt so good and I had this deep sense of respect(at least something like a 5 year old feels) for this person that I had never met and never saw again. It was great. I don't remember alot of things that long ago, but I remember that clearly.
So, any way you can make someone feel good inside is a beautiful thing. Keep spreadin' the love homey! smile
