some random thoughts....
Its pretty rare when a movie lives up to the hype (I'm looking at you, Matrix 2 & 3!). But man, Snakes on a Plane! Did not disappoint. I'm definately going to go see it again.
Tomorrow is the last day of my vacation...then back into the shitstorm at work. Ugh. I'm really gonna miss killing zombies in Dead Rising all day. But thats ok, my next vacation is probably only 2 years away.
I got a gift card to Newbury Comics for my birthday, and decided to treat myself to the Nuggets Box Set. I've been meaning to pick it up for about 10 years now, but didn't want to spend 40 bucks. But the gift card made it free! But it totally would have been worth the 40 bucks. 4 CD's of garage bands from the 60's. Nice and psychadelic. Groovy, baby!
And, although its a lot of work, and requires wayyy more patience than I ever thought I had, being a dad is pretty fucking cool. I am jealous of the little guy, however. He only knows 4 things in life...
1. When do I eat?
2. Is it time to sleep?
3. Oops, I crapped my pants
4. Hey look, its Mommy and Daddy!
I wish life could be that simple as an adult.

That's exactly why I bought the Dyson. I have a long haired doggie and 2 kitties, so pet hair is KILLER in this house.
