Story of the day...............
"What is that noise?" my SGT was asking the Med Record secretary "Do you hear that? It is a tapping or pounding"......."Yeah - I hear it, but where is it coming from?" she replied with a puzzled look "Sounds like it may be coming from the ER....is that damn Defibulator broken?" "Nobody said anything to me about that......Maybe you better go see" "Ughh - it better not be!"...................
2 minutes later.....
"You'll never guesse what it was" my SGT said as he was trying not to laugh.
"Grasshopper is down there sorting the Meds, and she is tapdancing while doing it"
Yes - thats right people.......I am addicted to dancing. Can you blame me though....I have been doing it since I was 2 years old!!! I am fluent in just about every type of dance there is. I even know dances from 47 different countries......Ireland, China, Greece, Romania, Chile ect 
Most of the time I do it now days without even realizing that I do it LOL
The thing that totally completed the incident was the fact that I had my hair in the armys latest regulation hair do...........pig tails I'm not even joking about that - I get to wear pigtails to work. They just have to be done in a way so that they fall behind the shoulders and should be regulation length (which mine are 6 inches passed, but nobody cares)

*UPDATE*
I'm not a happy little Medic right now because our area is on tornado watch. The skies are already angry with Lightning and Thunder (and I am TERRIFIED of thunder
). It also isn't a good sign when everyone in the area is standing outside of their homes watching the skies 
I don't know what it is.....maybe I'm being paranoid, but I have a really bad gut feeling right now. I decided to stock my Emergency Med bag, and have my uniform standing by just incase somthing happens because in situations like this......I would be called on for disaster relief. Geeze - I need to take a chill pill!!! 
*UPDATE #2*
Alarms are sounding off on the base. I believe that they are the alarms used to scare off birds on the runways, but even still............We have been reccomended by the MP's to go into our basements now, so I am not going to argue that fact! I'll try to catch up with all of you tomorrow (if I still have a computer by then)
