Story of the day..............

I'm BAAAAAACCKKK!!biggrin

So house sititng is finally over (fucking dogs were waking me up at 4am every day!) mad

Work is work - not gonna even bother with that. whatever

The best part of my day...........

Flash back to a year ago and you may remember this happening to me:



Torn ACL from doing a Combat Medical Training exercisefrown

Fast forward to today (I am about 90% healed) biggrin........My case was finalized through Vetern Affairs and after a year of fighting I was awarded a 5% Disable Allowance with works out to about $110 a month for the rest of my life. BEST part is that they had to retro pay me back to the day of the injury which meant that good ol' whitewidow got a check today in the mail for $1200 eeek Now before you go getting ideas about how I am gonna spend it......alas Mr. MasterCard is going to get most of it whatever but that wont stop me from getting a little somthing to keep me busy as I continue to healwink

YAY! Even is Master Card gets it, that's still $$ off the card. Fabulous to hear about eh life stipend. Now, does this continue if you move to the US? Or do they get annoyed and make you come back if you want it? smile Hmm, well, I think I'm only half joking about this.
