I wrecked my stupid ford explorer on friday, broke the steering and fucked up the front end. Since it sucked already I decided not to fix it, instead I donated it to a charity so they can use it for parts 
now I have to find a new vehicle so I don't have to keep burrowing my roomates.

You should stick around. This ia a great site, you just have to learn not to put to much into what people on the boards are saying. They can get kinda harsh sometimes.
