I've been trying out this workout routine at home, and I can honestly say that the first time I tried it, I could barely sit for like 3 days.....but my ass looks amazing! Worth it! ahahaha

@whiplash23 I am using the public pool, have no other option. A pool of my own would be great, but it is so expensive.

@fietsbel They really are! I've had to help one of the people I worked for move out, and they had to cause the pool made everything super expensive and they never ever used it once
