Let's get naked under blankets
Let's get wasted, let's get stoned

i'm not interested in bavarian customs. i've never been to the "wiesn", not even to munich (i should) and i'd rather walk along the seine crunching macarons from ladure. thinking of which, a warm chausson au pomme would do as well. or a baguette. oh! tell me what you had for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

just saw your comment in sev's blog. yeah. thank god i'm not in mecklenburg-vorpommern. i guess those little nazi-boys would love to beat the crap out of a "fidschi" like me. or do something else.
maxi:
ahh you found them before i posted them all, well guess you got a sneak peek.

While I was "away", I've been thinking about leaving this site. I know, I know, everybody says this now but, I needed to take stock of how life on-line affected me and decide it's relative merit when I can hardly keep up with my real life. That and boobs...

So, I leave for a loooong Paris trip soon and won't post much but maybe I...

The early stages of the Iraq war may have been a
watershed in American optimism. The happy talk was so
extreme it is now difficult to believe it was sincere:
"we will be greeted as liberators"; "mission
accomplished"; the insurgency is "in the last throes."
Most wildly optimistic of all was the goal: a military
action transforming the Middle East into pro-American
democracies.

The gap...

yeah, what you said.

who'da thunk that we'd have a president that makes Nixon's attrocities look good? Although, I'm shamed to admit this, I do like Nixon for the EPA, Medicare (wasn't it?) and China. He was the last of the "good" (programs-wise and disregarding H20-gate) pre-neocons Republicans.

why has no one assasinated him yet? W. not Nixon, I mean.

The good thing is that the website is being worked on.. very good. Totally different than we first thought. Anyway... I just miss talking to you, and I wish I wasn'tn sick, hopefully it will pass SOON. Love you.
