I saw a full-on mod riding through Boulder City on his scooter today. It was decked out in the usual fashion, including the mandatory eight mirrors. Most folks think those are just a fashion, but no they're completely necessary. You see, if you're riding one of those little toys pretty much everyone is going to be passing you. I kid because it's mandatory, but really I was totally stoked. I'm gonna track him down so we can have our own rocker/mod rumble right here. 
Interesting exhuast wrapping thing. My buddy's an engine designer for 'em at the Hinckley plant- did you know all the exhausts are now manufactured in the Guandong province of China?
