Melt-Banana & Fantomas... what a show. If they are heading to your town it is definitely worth your time and hard earned dollars to see these amazing bands. Had a weird Twin Peaks experience at the QFC this evening on my way home. The guy is ringing up my groceries and the woman in line behind me looks at the two things I'm buying (potato chips & a bottle of water) not that fucking weird, right? She comments all smarmy about what I'm buying (basically says "Potato chips and sparkling water, what a Saturday night") and then laughs and the guy ringing me up laughs and I thought it would just be a little ha-ha kind of thing but it wasn't they just both stood there kind of snickering while a paid the guy and I walked out. They were still laughing as I walked out the door. It kind of reminded me of the scene in Fire Walk With Me where Chris Isaak's character is talking to the sheriff and the receptionist at the police station and they keeping making indidious remarks and laughing. It felt alot like that moment. Really weird. Time for sleep. I think I found a cure for my insomnia. If there are any other insomniacs out there here is my recommendation. "Communism, Fascism, and Democracy," edited by Carl Cohen. It is a collection of political essays by all the big thinkers which is really important and I'm very interested in it but I tell you I am reading this first chapter on Utopian Socialism and it just puts me out like a fucking light after just a few pages. I'm going to finish eating my potato chips and drinking my water now (ha ha snicker snicker ha ha hee hee ha ha). WTF. 
i have nothing for trade really, i mean, i have couch space, but im guessing you want music stuff...and there i have none. i do want that shit though. do you have any way to get the VHS to digital? i have a video card i could send you if you wanted. brand new, unopened. you could digitize all of your vhs tapes. i would think thats worth something....
(the vid card isnt compatible with my 1998 IBM computer, so i can't use it. but if you have any kinda computer made after 1997 that isnt an IBM, im sure you could use it and burn accordingly...)
