I adopted a cat on friday. Then I saw tapeworms crawling out of its butt. Then I took it into the vet today and spent 118 dollars (!) fixing:
-Tapeworm
-Roundworm
-Fleas
-Conjunctivitis
-Some feline virus (just a cold like virus, not FIV)
-Earmites.

I'm pretty upset about the whole thing, especially since I have another cat and all the diseases that the new kitten has are really contagious. I'm also mad at the adoption group whatever that they let their cats go to homes sick like that...I'm sure that a lot of people would just leave the cat at a random place upon finding out that it was sick.

I want to nurse the sick baby back to health really badly, but I don't have the income....so I guess I will have to return it. Very upsetting, It even tries to nurse on my fuzzy sweaters and does the whole paw marching thing. I am soooo attached to this little kidden.
