the have a raw food stand at the farmers market in my hood. i always spot people walking around sucking on straws sticking out of the coconuts they get from that stand.
eating meat makes me feel shittay. Therefore I am trying a raw food diet.

it actually happened to me the other day with a cigarette; i'd quit for 2 weeks, then had one.. the next day, i felt like shit and now i'm back to non-smoking.

the transition from vegetarian to vegan was easier than I thought, but with night after night of serving delicious looking refried beans (made with lard), cheese empanadas and fajitas, I really just want to run to my car with a few plates and bury my face in them. MUST.NOT.GIVE.IN. must....think of the animals!!
