I was a lowly server at Olive Garden when I was your age, for about a year. I think I'm still kind of traumatized. 
The only good thing is, it taught me to tip THE HELL out of everyone in the service industry now, and I make sure my friends do the same. I put up w/ alot of shit I shouldn't have, but I guess it was character-building. Hang in there.
