yup, emergency rooms suck. did you ever see the fisher king? it one of my favorite movies ever. anyway, there is a great scene in there when they are waiting in the ER and they show a pizza deliverey and all the docs and nurses rush out for the pizza. its so fucking funny and true. its a total mad house. anyway, better luck with the apt. search today. miao!!

I too have noticed the multiplication of friends and family. Lots of little ones running around lately (or coming out of the oven). Eeeeeeeek! There's no way that I'm ready for such responsibility. Whenever someone asks me when I'm going to start having kids, I mention talking to my doctor about steriliztion techniques. Nothing like the stunned silence after that comment. Hee! I much prefer being the ever groovie aunt and general fun to play with grown-up. Parenthood would spoil me for children, I greatly fear.
