alienprincess & I were able to catch Before Sunset at York Sq. The movie is a sequel to Before Sunrise. Being a huge fan of the first, catching the second film in the theaters was a priority. It's strange, the first film meant a lot to me at the time it came out. It's kind of nervous/casual interaction in getting to know someone represented a lot of romantic ideals at my being twenty. Nine years later the characters in the film have the same chemistry, have certainly physically changed and verbally cover some of the distance that time can lead one through. Locking fingers with AP and stealing glances during the film made me think of similar distances and how much I've changed in that amount of time, as well.

Saturday - Lake Compounce! I am picking up my tix from AAA tomorrow on super discount. I'm also considering getting to the park earlier than the 12:30 meet-up time. How much earlier has yet to be decided... I've never been to the park before and may care to hit up any larger rides while it's still not populated. Dunno... At this point, I'm riding w/ LittleSister to E. Hartford to pick up SmokeyDaBear. I've yet to get the official word from AmazonRed13 though it may be 'no'. If there's anyone in New Haven in need of a ride, drop a line in the group or here and I'm sure something can be easily remedied.
