As each day passes I wonder more and more about how the real world is going to be once I get out of the military. Iwonder how I am going to fare renting an aprtment, paying bills, going to work at a normal job where I can be fired, or take sick days, or even just quit because i don't want to do it anymore. I wonder if I can truely take care of myself like everyone else on the outside. I also wait for the day when I don't have to pretend to be something I'm not to go out and have a fun time at the clubs/bars, because the owners don't US military.
So my best friend is getting married in Feb when he goes home on vacation. She is a cool girl, I met her while him and I were in California back in '05. Even though I'm against the institute of marriage I'm ok with this. They are good together and they are ready for it. Thinking about it though just reminds me how alone I feel sometimes. Hmm...
Currently reading The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand, I like it a lot. Almost makes me want to become an architect.
