Weird, it looks like kingofscots's band Errata are going their separate ways.

Shame, I have many happy memories of going to their gigs and acting like a loon.

Just been to see Blade Trinity. Even less story, plot and characterisation than the first two, but still pretty entertaining. Ryan Renolds basically played the same wisecracking smartass I've seen him do in everything, but it added a bit of life to the whole thing.

OK plans for the latter part of this week have fallen through due to my feeling-crapness. I will therefore not be going to see Sunn0))) in Glasgow this evening and my Dad won't be visiting this weekend.

I am going to sit in this flat until Monday now and kill this bugger of a flu stone dead!

Well the cold took a turn for the worse today, adding the shakes and a fever to the mix.

Feeling thoroughly crappy. Off to bed.

In the fifteen minutes it took me to walk from the flat to work this morning, I appear to have contracted the crappy cold to end all crappy colds. Haven't had one this bad in about two years.

Feck!

Hmmmm. Weekend wasn't bad. Djing went well, the club got a fresh stock of Magners on the go, so I spent most of the night on that fine elixer. All in all, no complaints worth mentioning.

Now back to work for a few days, before heading to see Sunn0))) on Thursday night in Glasgow, and having my Dad visit on Friday.

Nocturnal Poisoning was a bit of a bust last night. A grand total of 12 people showed up and we ended up finishing about an hour and a half early.

Felt bad for the guy putting it on, but the lack of an audience meant I could get away with playing almost nothing except doom all night. Twas good fun, and they were selling Magners...

Back from the geekfest. Twitching slightly from the amount of high-caffiene and sugar beverages I've been imbibing.

Ah well, it makes a change from hangovers I suppose...

And now I'm off for a weekend-long geek out with some mates in St Andrews.
