Nope, the houses I would want to buy would be under contract. All the "shacks" were being bought up by slum lords the moment they hit the market. Last one when under contract 18 hrs after it was listed. But it's over now. I have one, just found out a moment ago.

YAY I can destress. Oh holy shit, I have two houses. This one has to sell. So you do have pills I can borrow .... margaritas maybe? Or a jeep to help me move. Oh, well at least I have a jeep. Um, so you need to bring my jeep over. K? Closing July 1, so you have time to reschedule appts. (free washer/dryer in it for ya.) wink
