im trying to decide if life can get any worse ... just when u try to better your life some idiot comes and knocks u down yet again ..... i am attempting to get a loan to restore my house .... everything was going well until some idiot who was doing the appraisal messed it up and appraised to low ...which means instead of recieving 50K to restore .... it is now 12K .... what the hell .... and the only way i can get it changed is to try to get another appraisal which costs about 400 dollars ....which i dont have so i have to stick with this .... what a bunch of shit .... sometimes i just cant win .... and as always im still single ... can it get much worse ... anyway .... hope all of u r in better shape then me ....
