well i woke up this morning with this new found insperation to continue to restore my old 1897 farm house .... for a while now ive just wanted to sell it and try to move on with life but for some reason today i was thinking about trying again to get this place done ...so we shall see ...

Wow, it's not everyone who lives in a 19th century farmhouse. That's an opportunity to live in a fantastic piece of history, with personal significance, I imagine. I'm glad you found new inspiration to restore it.
