UPDATE:

maaaaan, I feel better! I'm no Pro rider (Lidl pay in Beer) but just being out in a cool wintry eve ridding the empty car park to some great music felt amazing. popping over puddles and dancing. That's life.

I've got to be realistic about Wednesday (my X-ray) but i'm already getting excited about going dry slopping.
