well, i went to the Birmingham meet which was worth it, if for nothing else, to join a new clan emerging in SG. Beware the cowboy shirt band... we may not have guns, or boots, but our buttons are pearly and hold dreams.

well, i went to the Birmingham meet which was worth it, if for nothing else, to meet some lovely people. Especialy those i dormed with whom seemed to have special powers:
Mark 1 ( Happypig) can drink more then any person should humanly be able to, and then get stuck in.
Alan has the power to stop drunken rambles from strangers (a gift i need).
Causy has the power to never get lost, but make detours.
Mark A ( Mark_plus_beer) can fly.
and Rhia can make a comic shop worker doubt his knowledge and stop me jumping in puddles!
i think my power was... erm, getting my groove on!
My only regreet is i dont have a photo of the puddle we saw late saturday night as it was one of those odd things thats sparked my imagination... the never ending puddle.
Well, this week i finish my short stories for the masters application (I might put some up if i can figure a place to put them). I'm also going to set up my own company, i think, so i can work for myself and maybe claim a mac book air as a buisness expense!
