What a weekend... some of It was great, and some of it just sucked beyond belief...sorry if i didn't send or return any email, but here's what happened:
3 Days In The Life...
Friday: Friday was actually pretty normal... I went to work and worked on tricks... Trilobyte, and whipped cream showed up, and I had some drinks with them. Not that I really needed to, I was starting to be pretty tipsy when they showed up...those boys are a crack up, they were lots of fun... all in all, a pretty standard, evening....
Saturday: My day off...went the thrift shopping for vases, and candlesticks. found three vases that are really cool. also scored two dresses for three bucks a piece, one of them a little black chiffon number, and the other a red satin brocade asian inspired sleveless dress with a mandrin collar.... they were hanging right next to each other on the rack, and when I saw them, I thought, what the hell are these doing here? So I bought them....... I pcked some flowers, and shoved them under the rubber bands in my pigtails, and decided that I needed to go to sushi for lunch. I found a great new place in hollywood with a kick ass sashimi special.....I looooooove sushi... I could eat it every day... So, then it was time to go home, and get ready for the evening.... I started a blood orange mash with fresh ginger, and cilantro, and stated marinating two chicken breasts in it... Tonight I'm going to grill that chicken, and serve it over jasmine rice, with minted Carrots... then I ran a bath, lit some candles, and sat in the tub for a while. after about an hour, I got out, put on my new little black dress, and went to see Old School with a friend at the ArcLight on Sunset... It was actually pretty funny.... went to my favorite bar on Sunset for a couple drinks, came home and went to bed... It was a really nice day...........
Sunday: Woke up about 2pm, and started getting ready for work then, wnile I was in the bathtub, the batender calls and asks if I can come in early. So, I jump out of the tub, and scramble out of my apartment... As I'm walking down highland, i notice that they're starting to set up road blocks for the oscars that night... So right before I get to Hollywood blvd, for cops stop me and want to search my bag, So i oblige them...It went something like this: the female cop asks me to empty out my dance bag on the sidewalk. I looked at her and flatly told her I needed to wear that clothing in an hoour for work, and that there is no way I'm going to empty out my bag on a sidewalk that people piss puke, and pass out on. she agrees that that is unfair, and asks me to just move every thing around in it so she can make sure that I don't have any weapons. So, as i'm rummaging through my bag, one of the male cops gives me a baton to the kidney, and that really piseed me off people were already staring before he did that and they certainly stared after, becase i jumped up and got in his face, and told him to back off, and that I hadn't done anything wrong. i reminded him That I had complied with everything that they asked, and that for him to shove a boton in my back for my utmost compliance is illegal. The male cop is really pissed at this point, because he knows I'm right, and now Everyone on the sidewalk is staring. He looks like he'd like to arrest me, and beat the crap out of me later... the female cop pulls me away from him, feels the back of my pants, and lets me go... just around the corner I run into a war supporter, that wants to give me an american flag. enraged from the search I scream at him to fuck of, and keep walking......I finally make it to work, and my day gets evn worse when It's just not my day the same assholes sitting in the bar for three hours, tipping every girl BUT me... Finally I get off work, and I'm waiting outside the club, when I hear six gunshots and tires squealing about a block away. So I run inside the club In case they feel like shooting me too.... I eventually made it home, and just hung out and tried to relax, I wanted to post an update, but I was too pissed off... so I just went to bed......

3. same here... if done right it can look cool. but then, it's sort of hit and miss too because sometimes it can heal funky. i dunno it's not for me but i have seen some that i like.
